30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

With all original tags attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items

• Commercial/research/resale orders

• Items received after the 30-day window

Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in a condition suitable for resale

Items missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that cannot be resold are not eligible for return.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Items

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at info@voshbon.com so we can review your case. Once confirmed, we will arrange to send the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email info@voshbon.com with a detailed description of the issue. If possible, include clear photos to help us assess the situation efficiently.

Please note: minor wear or dents on the outer packaging may occur during transit and are considered normal. However, if the product itself is significantly damaged or unusable, photos will help us coordinate with the carrier and prevent similar issues in the future.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package may be lost, we recommend taking the following steps first:

Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout

Look around your front door, mailbox area, or other common delivery spots

Ask neighbors if the package may have been delivered to them 

If the package has not arrived within two business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to initiate a claim.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

1. Order Eligibility: Our products are exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to cancel any order we determine is for commercial, research, resale, or non-personal use, and will issue a full refund without additional liability.
